This two-part workshop will help you identify and end old, reactive relationship patterns that get in the way of happiness at home and at work. Let’s break that cycle and build a pathway to peace instead!
- Part I: Learn how repetitive action and consequence creates our narrative and emotional patterns. You will identify one relationship to work with and reprogram your response with a personal mantra.
- Part II: With the foundation laid in Part I, we now move into identifying parental patterns. We will study mother and father figures (or lack thereof) and identify how our responses to them show up in our current relationships. The result is freedom from automatic reactions and limitations.
